Rachele started in 2007 as a guest services rep where she greeted and assisted all G&C Auto body guests for 3 years. In that time Rachele was trained to assist guests with rental cars, estimate appointments, customer file set up, deductible and repair bill payments and various other office duties. By 2010 Rachele was moved to office mgr. in training. After completing her training program Rachele was offered the opportunity to become the new office manager in our Windsor shop. Rachele managed that shop for almost a year and was then promoted to Santa Rosa were she remains as Office manager in our largest flagship shop and corporate headquarters. Though single when she was hired Rachele was married last year to her husband whom she met at G&C during a remodel project. Rachele Loves her job, and loves working for the owner and his family, she is quoted as saying how “she loves the sense of family here at G&C and how they are so involved in giving back to our community”. Rachele is grateful for the opportunity G&C gave her to build a career and hopes to continue to grow as the company grows.
