Primary Supervisor; oversees all aspects of the daily function of the facility; Service, Quality of workmanship, Sales, Cost managing, DRP insurance relationships, production, work and employee safety, employee development, facility and equipment maintenance.
Secondary Supervisor; oversees all aspects of the daily accounts payable and receivable. Audits file compliance and management system content accuracy. Generates reporting to corporate departments for HR, payroll, goal setting and month end company rankings. In lower volume locations, the Office Manager fulfills duties of Guest Service Representative as well.
Guest Services Representative
Ensures prompt and quality greetings, hospitality and service to guests on the phone and in our facilities. Helps facilitate the use, maintenance and payment of our replacement rental vehicle fleet.
Experienced service writer knowledgeable with handling repairs from beginning to end including assessing the damage, ordering parts, and updating the guest throughout repair process. Must be able to navigate the repair following industry standards and insurance company guidelines.
Experienced collision technician knowledgeable at frame repair, welding and panel repair. Must have experience using laser measuring system and must have I-CAR training. We are a high production high quality collision repair shop and all technicians must be efficient with a focus on quality.
Apprentice Collision Technician
Must have basic experience in the collision repair industry. Must have tools and know basic R & I and small repairs.
Experienced refinish technician that is versed at managing a paint department. This would include managing quality, labor efficiency and paint material costs.
Experienced at prepping, polishing and jamming.
Quality Control Inspector
Inspect quality of final repair bill for accuracy with work performed. Inspect quality of workmanship throughout the repair process. Trade experience is a plus but not required.
Service Writer Trainee
No experience needed. Looking for an applicant with excellent sales & service skills, high energy, computer savvy and a quick learner.
Maintain the cleanliness of the facility (office and shop), clean all vehicles, porter, must have driver’s license.
