I wanted to share the link below from NBC that covered our latest car giveaway event yesterday. Allstate insurance donated 6 vehicles to us bringing our total count of cars given away since we started the Crozat Family Foundation in 2013 to a whopping 319 vehicles. As we always say thank you to every single one of you for doing what you do every day to help us be able to give back to the communities we live and work in. To all of you that worked on these six cars the Crozat family is grateful. There should be a live televised coverage of the event as well on NBC but I am not sure when.
Make it a great day everyone! Love you and have a great weekend.

The Crozat family of Santa Rosa has spent decades turning business success into acts of generosity.
Family patriarch Gene Crozat opened G&C Auto Body in 1972. As the business grew, Crozat, who died in 2016, made it his mission to share that success with others in need.
“He started going to the local car mart right across the street, buying cars on Saturdays,” said his son, Patrick Crozat. “He worked with local radio stations and insurance agents to find people in need, and it just grew from there.”
The effort has not only continued over the past decade but expanded significantly. To date, the Crozat family has given away 319 vehicles to people who otherwise could not afford one.
On a recent Thursday, the Crozats partnered with the Auto Body Council and Allstate Insurance to donate six cars to people selected from a pool of applicants.

One car went to Serena Duvall, a mother from Petaluma.
Duvall said the car will allow her to reliably take her daughter to school and activities, something she had struggled to do before.
“This is absolutely unbelievable,” Duvall said. “This is the missing piece. This is everything. I can’t believe I was picked. I’m speechless. This is going to change my daughter’s life and mine.”
“My dad would always say this world is a ‘you and me’ world,” Patrick Crozat said.
It is a lesson that his family not only learned, but one they continue to practice.
